fantastic location, short walk to harbour area, we are familiar with the area and had never been to hotel Catalina Vera before and were very pleased, very helpful and welcoming staff, we haver already booked to go back again later this year!
rooms were simply furnished and basic, bathrooms very small, no air con, but still good value for money,

Hospitable hotel, I loved its marvellous location.
I've had attractive and quiet room with a separate communal bathroom, a balcony plus kitchen. Location: the hotel was just next door to bars and restaurants on both sides of the harbour and the center of town.

The breakfast selection was great with a variety of goodies. The room was stylish and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The location offered a nice garden view and was adjacent to restaurants and cafes along the port, with beautiful views of Port d'Andratx and the sea.

We wanted an old hotel with character and no frills. We were given just what we expected. There was not the temptation to eat too much at breakfast, but what was supplied was more then we could manage. The location of the hotel, close to the port of Andraidx.Just 100 metres to the seawall and so many beach bars and restaurants. Plenty of entertainment of the eating and drinking type. The room we had was large, with a new bed and the bathroom was recently remodelled. The room was cleaned every day with freshly washed towels supplied often. There was also plenty of free car parking. It was just like visiting your old grandma´s home. The best restaurant nearby was the Cafe Samoa, for good quality food at the right price.
Perhaps the addition of a ceiling fan would have helped, but we were there during a heat wave with unusually high temperatures. Normally the sea breezes coming through the slatted doors would be enough. One of the nearest hotels, which appeared to offer Spanish Tapas turned out to be a very expensive Italian restaurant and the food was of a poor quality.

We loved this hotel. It's a small, traditional, family run business set in the most beautiful gardens. Our room was surprisingly comfortable with gorgeous ancient beds. There was a decent balcony and even though it overlooked a small apartment block next door, we still had a view down to the harbour and up to the hills behind the hotel. There is a lovely terrace suitable for sunbathing or just admiring the garden and there is no dreadul 'tourist noise'! Towels were changed each day during our short stay. Breakfast was served in the main house and was, for us, quite substantial - fruit juice, tea or coffee, bread, cheese, jam, semi-sweet buns and jogurt. The hotel is a short walk from wonderful restaurants, the harbour and marina and many smart shops. There is a very good supermarket just round the corner. I would recommend this hotel to those wanting a quiet, restful break in delightful and friendly surroundings.

Pablo was very welcoming and accommodating. The gardens are lovely and surprising for the setting in the middle of the town. The rooms were adequate, however, it was very hot and humid when we were there and there are no fans or air conditioners which make the rooms very uncomfortable.
We felt the photos and website are deceiving and that this is not a charming old inn, even if it is 300 years old. It has been modernized but not enough to include ceiling fans or air conditioning and is spread out and motel like.

The small terrace at the back of the hotel caught the sun throughout the day and was ideal for sunbathing
The breakfgast was very basic and a little more thought could possible be given to the choice of breads

The hotel was well located, close to the village and restaurants/shops with nice rooms, and a good clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and very, very helpful. With the rambling garden, it had a nice authentic Spanish feel to it. Excellent value for money and a great place to stay for a night or two.
The breakfast was a joke
